Allergies are among the most annoying of all problems plaguing humans. And oddities of the immune system are responsible for most infections, cancer and the wide array of autoimmune diseases. Here I list my recommendations both for allergies and for strengthening immune function.
ALLERGIES Vitamin D 3, 50,000 units daily Vitamin K 2, 100 mcg daily NO CALCIUM SUPPLEMENTS Avoid wheat and gluten! In severe situations avoid also for the first month corn, milk products, eggs, citrus and peanuts Beta carotene, 100,000 units daily Youth Formula, 4 daily Vitamin E, 400 units daily Dr. sHEALy’s Essentials, according to weight Magnesium lotion, 2 tsp twice a day Antronex, 2, three times a day for one bottle. The other supplements should “kick in” by the time you finish the Antronex Ring of Fire stimulation (see Rings in Optimal Recommendations) Vigorous exercise, build to one hour at least 5 days a week
